This course focuses on professional learning in organizations within the context of adult education. It is primarily intended for students of andragogy (in the full-time study program). It expands the field into the organizational dimension, addressing learning at the individual level within organizations, as well as collective and organizational learning. Students will achieve knowledge on concepts, systems, and ways of supporting professional learning on the individual level, the level of professional communities, and organizations. They will understand models of professional learning and will be able to apply them in organizational practice.
