The user support team provides teachers and students with technical assistance and troubleshooting for the Faculty of Arts MU e-learning system (ELF) and basic guidance in administering and using online courses and other supported e-learning tools (video in education, etc.).

In addition to active support, we continually create and share a number of user guides and help pages.
